Uniquely presented with an illuminated table topper featuring Callebaut chocolate in milk or dark. Upon request, we can provide white chocolate and other colours such as red, yellow, blue, green, and orange.
All rentals include 4 hours of enjoyment, skewers, napkins, and delivery within the Victoria area. Additional time and chocolate may be purchased. Fruit and biscuit platters are available based on a per person fee.

Champagne Fountain
Create lasting memories with an elegant Champagne fountain which provides the ambiance of a cascading waterfall complete with lights. The fountain may be embellished with fresh flowers nestled in the crown. Any beverage of your choice is suitable, such as Champagne, wine, or spirits - the possibilities are endless! Glasses, tables, and linens are available for rent upon request.
Gold Package
Includes a Melting Moments attendant, fresh flower display, a platter of fresh strawberries, fluted glasses and seven litres of your preferred non-alcoholic beverage. Our specialty is a fruit punch. This provides ample refreshments for up to 100 guests.

Host Bar
This is a function that you provide all the alcohol free of charge to your guests, and we do the rest for you.
This will include all the ice, plastic glass wear, fruit garnishes and other items required to run a professional bar.Staff charges apply $20 per hour based on 4 hour minimum.
A minimum of 100 guests require or a bar fee charge will apply of $75 per 50 guests.
$6 per person charge from the house will apply.
You need to supply the liquor license. Please see your closest LBD for applications, may take up to a week. You must present license and have on hand in order to serve your guests.
Liability Insurance is recommended for all events.
Cash Bar
All drink will be charged out at normal house rate prices.

If the host decides to offer drinks to their guests free of charge they can do so by form of a ticket or voucher. This service will include all the ice, plastic glass wear, fruit garnishes and other items required to run a professional bar.
If the host wishes to serve drinks from glass wear there will be a rental charge of $6.00 per dozen.
A minimum of $1000 in sales is required to wave the bar fee of $75 per 50 guests

Even place them outside and shine them up trees or into bushes and shrubbery.

Da Vinci Center
Full Day Rental Rates:
• Saturdays $1200
Half day Rental Rates:
up to 6 hrs
• Sunday-Thursday $450

Other Offers:
• Rental rate per hour $100
• Hall set-up day before $200 for 3 hrs, upon availability.
• Pick up fee, after an event, $50 for the 1st hr /$100 every hour after.
• Additional time $100 per hour.
• Day rate for consecutive days $800 per day.
Security/Damage Deposit
• $500 is required at time of booking for upper hall functions. This will be a deposit for hall only; if any catering services are required you must contact our in house caterers and discuss further deposits.
• A site inspection must be done prior to occupancy and after the function, to ensure no damage is done. Any damages are subject to a $75 per hour fee plus materials. Any additional cleaning required above the normal is subject to a $45 per hour cleaning rate. These fees will be deducted from the damage deposit. The damage deposit may be held up to 15 days following the event and will be issued by cheque in the mail.
Bar service
Bar:
2 options:
• Cash Bar- starting at $4.50 for domestic beer or highballs.
• Host Bar- $6.00 per person corking fee.
We supply: all cups, straws, ice, all juice, pop, garnish. Bartender $20 per hour based on a minimum 4 hours.
