Bar Service

Host Bar

This is a function that you provide all the alcohol free of charge to your guests, and we do the rest for you.

This will include all the ice, plastic glass wear, fruit garnishes and other items required to run a professional bar.Staff charges apply $20 per hour based on 4 hour minimum.
A minimum of 100 guests require or a bar fee charge will apply of $75 per 50 guests.
$6 per person charge from the house will apply.
You need to supply the liquor license. Please see your closest LBD for applications, may take up to a week. You must present license and have on hand in order to serve your guests.
Liability Insurance is recommended for all events.

Cash Bar

All drink will be charged out at normal house rate prices.

If the host decides to offer drinks to their guests free of charge they can do so by form of a ticket or voucher. This service will include all the ice, plastic glass wear, fruit garnishes and other items required to run a professional bar.
If the host wishes to serve drinks from glass wear there will be a rental charge of $6.00 per dozen.
A minimum of $1000 in sales is required to wave the bar fee of $75 per 50 guests

Staffing Charges

Bar Staff $20 per hour with tip option.
Bar Staff with no tip option$25 per hour
Servers and hosts $25 per hour
Chef's $30 per hour
