Full Day Rental Rates:
• Saturdays $1200
• Fridays $950 • Sunday -Thursday $750
Half day Rental Rates:
up to 6 hrs • Sunday-Thursday $450 • (Not offered for Friday or Saturday )
• Rental rate per hour $100 • Hall set-up day before $200 for 3 hrs, upon availability. • Pick up fee, after an event, $50 for the 1st hr /$100 every hour after. • Additional time $100 per hour. • Day rate for consecutive days $800 per day.
• $500 is required at time of booking for upper hall functions. This will be a deposit for hall only; if any catering services are required you must contact our in house caterers and discuss further deposits. • A site inspection must be done prior to occupancy and after the function, to ensure no damage is done. Any damages are subject to a $75 per hour fee plus materials. Any additional cleaning required above the normal is subject to a $45 per hour cleaning rate. These fees will be deducted from the damage deposit. The damage deposit may be held up to 15 days following the event and will be issued by cheque in the mail.
• Cash Bar- starting at $4.50 for domestic beer or highballs.
• Host Bar- $6.00 per person corking fee.
We supply: all cups, straws, ice, all juice, pop, garnish. Bartender $20 per hour based on a minimum 4 hours.
You need to supply alcohol and the liquor license. Please see your closest LBD for applications, may take up to a week. You must present license and have on hand in order to serve your guests.
Liability Insurance is recommended for all events.
